We currently have an opening for a Shipping & Receiving Clerk at our Hamilton, Montana facility. 

The Shipping & Inventory Clerk is responsible for pulling and processing orders for shipment along with maintaining all aspects of product and materials inventory at the facility.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Inspection, packaging, labeling, and preparing documentation for verification on shipments, receive materials, and assist with maintaining inventory with regular cycle counts.
• Detail oriented individual that displays competence in using NetSuite, Artemis, or any other Cultivation Management Program that may be used.
• Verify products are in assigned bin location.
• Prepare, package, and document outgoing materials.
• Pulls correct quantity from storage location and verifies that pulled order are accurate.
• Monitors and reports any inventory shortage issues to supervision.
• Receive, inspect inventory, document, and store materials.
• Must be able to operate Forklifts, Telehandler’s, and Stackers safely with the proper certifications and training. Training can be provided.
• Works at different workstations as shipping needs require; maintains shipping inventory of supplies.
• Performs shipping duties such as manual lifting, packaging, taping, labeling operations, and sorting.
• Reports defective materials or questionable conditions to the department supervisor.
• Maintains the work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition and follow safety regulations.
• Flexible hours to fit outbound shipping schedule.
• Willingness to work in outside weather in dark to lower light conditions. Proper PPE and gear will be provided.
• Performs related duties as required by supervision.
• Breaks down cardboard for recycling.

Education and Experience:

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
• 6 months logistics, retail, or customer service experience
• Forklift Certification within 90 days of job entry date
• Familiarity with Radio Frequency (RF) equipment is preferred

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, walk, and talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to climb or balance. While performing the duties of this job, the employee regularly works near moving mechanical parts and is regularly exposed to vibration. The employee regularly works in outside weather conditions and environments both hot and cold.
