Agency Services is a successful and reputable marketing and advertising company that has been delivering results since 2005. We are currently seeking a Short Form Content Creator who is highly skilled in utilizing Descript or Capcut for TikTok, Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts. This role is an exciting opportunity to join a creative and dynamic team that works together to produce engaging content for our clients. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, be able to work independently, and possess a strong understanding of social media and digital marketing trends.

• Create visually appealing short form content for multiple social media platforms, including TikTok and YouTube Shorts.
• Collaborate with the creative team to brainstorm ideas and develop strategies to drive engagement and reach.
• Utilize Descript or Capcut to edit and enhance existing footage to create cohesive and aesthetically pleasing content.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and ensure all content is delivered on time and to a high standard.
• Stay up-to-date with social media trends and algorithm changes to optimize content performance.
• Track and analyze engagement metrics and provide data-driven insights to improve future content.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients and collaborate with them to meet their specific content needs.

Requirements

• Proficient in Descript or Capcut.
• Proven experience in producing short form content for social media platforms, with a strong understanding of TikTok and YouTube Shorts.
• Excellent skills in video editing, visual storytelling, and graphics creation.
• Knowledge of social media trends, best practices, and algorithm changes.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently, as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
