STARTING PAY: $18/hr

THE JOB:

The Show Starters Program extends current UNLV hospitality students the opportunity to gain exposure to the hospitality industry through MGM Resorts International. Show Starters can utilize their work hours towards their college-required industry hours for graduation. This program runs for a full school year to allow participants to get hands-on experience in the featured host department. The Show Starters Program sets the stage for other part-time or full-time employment opportunities.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Excellent customer service skills and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with all business contacts.
• Must be 18 years old or older
• Must currently be enrolled at UNLV's School of Hospitality
• Eager to jumpstart their career in hospitality
