Showroom Sales Associate

Our company combines a modern showroom with an on-site warehouse to provide customers with a one-stop shopping experience. We are looking for amotivated and customer-oriented Showroom Sales Associateto join our team. If you enjoy helping homeowners, designers, and contractors bring their projects to life, we’d love to meet you! Responsibilities: • Greet and assist walk-in customers in the showroom, understand their renovation needs, and provide professional product recommendations • Prepare quotations and guide customers through the selection and order process • Maintain strong relationships with clients, designers, and contractors to ensure a smooth project experience • Keep the showroom clean, organized, and visually appealing • Follow up with potential leads and close sales to meet monthly goals Qualifications: • Excellent communication and customer service skills • Prior sales experience preferred —experience in flooring, cabinetry, or home improvementis a plus • Fluent in English; Mandarin or Cantonese proficiency is a plus • Comfortable using basic computer programs (Excel, CRM, or quoting systems) • Friendly, reliable, and goal-driven • Must be available to work on Saturdays Job Type: Full-time Base Pay: From $75,000.00 per year Benefits: • 401(k) • Dental insurance • Health insurance • Paid time off • Vision insurance Work Location: In person
