The Shows & Brand Operations Specialist is responsible for managing logistics for shows and brand experiences that contribute to the success of the business by streamlining show logistic communications, overseeing merchandising needs and coordinating experiential campaigns that align with marketing initiatives. This is a critical role in ensuring the successful execution of projects that enhance our brand presence and delight our customers.

How You'll Create Possibilities
Manage Logistics for Shows & Brand Experiences
- Project manage logistics for shows and brand experiences, including scheduling, budgeting and vendor management.
- Facilitate clear and timely communication among project team members, stakeholders, and management. Provide regular updates on project progress, milestones, and any deviations from the plan.
- Collaborate with brand and product teams to ensure alignment across all product and brand plans, as well as product features and benefits.
- Coordinate and help manage ordering of all GE Appliances product and prototypes for trade shows and events.
- Establish quality standards and ensure deliverables meet these standards. Conduct regular reviews and quality checks to verify project outputs align with stakeholder expectations.
- Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and resources effectively. Assess the impact of changes and adjust plans accordingly to minimize disruptions.
- Creates run-of-show, talking points and alignment for show events and engagements.
- Work with Merchandising team to coordinate high-demand prototypes between photography and show needs.
- Coordinate experiential marketing campaigns to promote brand awareness and engagement.
HJI / Supply Chain Management
- Implement supply chain solution strategy to optimize efficiency and streamline operations for marketing collateral and display needs.
- Conduct monthly report out to brand teams and quarterly report out to marketing executive teams on supply chain effectiveness of display and marketing collateral logistics and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Manage contracts with suppliers by partnering and advising sourcing on SOW and MSA content.
- Track project SOW to meet budget plan.
- Provide insights and data related to overall sales field demand on marketing collateral and displays loaded on HJI.
- Work with Display project manager to organize and onboard displays or display suppliers to HJI marketing portal.
- Guide and manage quarterly business review (QBR) with all suppliers to analyze strengths, weaknesses, and growth.
- Identify suppliers' market positioning and measure performances to identify areas for improvement and generate next step partnership strategies on an ongoing basis.
Other related duties as assigned.
- Work with brand, product and advertising team on facilitating strategy and communication regarding environment set needs.
- Coordinate communication for kitchen set modification needs between internal teams and suppliers to ensure resources are in place.
- Warehouse inventory management
- Oversee marketing merchandising activities, including product placement and promotional materials to enhance brand visibility and drive sales.
What You'll Bring to Our Team
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Event Management, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in one or more of the following areas: project management, preferably in experiential marketing or event management.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in logistics management and supply chain solutions.
- Knowledge of kitchen set coordination and culinary event logistics.
- Familiarity with marketing merchandising strategies and tactics.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality results within budget and timeline constraints.
Working Conditions:
- Work may require occasional weekend and/or evening event management
- Must be willing and able to travel up to 30% of the time
