HID's Secure Issuance (SI) Team:

This new role will focus on qualifying and influencing project proposals to grow our business. This role will be equal parts analytical and collaborative, so the right candidate will be good with data and work well with others. Location is flexible, with a preference for candidates based near our facility in Eden Prairie (MN), Austin (TX), Veldhoven (Netherlands), or Galway (Ireland).

As our Bids & Pricing Analyst , you'll support HID's success by:

• Analyzing and assessing project proposal financials.
• Liaise with sales team to understand business context, and functions like supply chain and finance for internal context.
• Making recommendations based on guidance and precedent, mindful of market conditions.
• Establishing and utilizing analytical methods for assessing proposals and performance.
• Influencing and improving process development and system enhancements so selling time is optimized.
• Collecting and assessing market data to ensure a proper view of the TAM/SAM/SOM.
• Formalizing and establishing a bid process, acting as the arbiter of the GTM strategy when necessary.

Your Experience and Education include:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• 3-5 years of work experience in business analysis or finance.
