ARSIEM is looking for a SIGINT Geospatial Analyst (Apprentice Operator – Active (AO-A). This position will support one of our Government clients in Augusta, GA.

Responsibilities

• Perform 24/7 operational support to the government by performing real-time geolocation and collection operations
• Use various tools to create, modify, and assess requirements
• Adjust collection system/access tasking
• Monitor the status of a collection system/access
• Monitor dataflow architecture and identify and communicate any problems or discrepancies
• Provide first-instance troubleshooting; provide technical/operational guidance to customers
• Mentor less experienced operators in order to enhance and reinforce the standards of the Training Program and customer operational TTPs

Minimum Qualifications

• Two (2) years of operational experience, within the last five (5) years with NSA, a Service Cryptologic Element, or another government intelligence agency (as a government employee or as a contractor) in the following: Formal training and/or demonstrated proficiency as a SIGINT geospatial analysis (SGA)
• Certification via training programs conducted by a service component, or another US Government Agency to include the technologies below is highly desired:
• Global System Mobile (GSM)
• Code Division Multiple Access (CDMA)
• Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers standard 802.11Wireless Fidelity (WiFi)
• Universal Mobile Telecommunications Systems (UMTS)

Preferred Qualifications

• Aerial Precision Geolocation or SIGINT Terminal Guidance systems experience.
• SCE Airborne Collection Operator Certification

Clearance Requirement: This position requires an Active TS/SCI with a polygraph.
