Your Role and Responsibilities
The L&K WW Education Planning Analyst will support the L&K L&K Planning and Performance Lead to manage the overall delivery process from planning to actual delivery and assist L&K Leadership team with insights and trend analysis.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement global education planning framework and key measurements
• Provide guidance processes and oversight to both local team and regional teams in the execution of the global education delivery plan
• Lead budget and financial management across regions on Fall Plan and Quarterly Plan process
• Provide monthly delivery scorecard to track actual against plan by programs and by strategy initiatives to continuously improve the plan accuracy
• Design key measurements and Dashboard/Scorecard to provide trending and insights to the leadership team for timely intervention
• Lead system data integration to develop a worldwide common system to track education planning scheduling delivering and actual
• Drive standard and consistent processes globally by leveraging best practice across all regions

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• 8+ years consulting experience or equivalent
• Strong analytical and data management capabilities
• 1+ years Python programming experience focusing on automation
• 5+ years Advance Excel experience
• 8+ years Microsoft Office (ppt word and Excel)
• Strong analytical and data management capabilities
• Strong communications and interpersonal skill
• Demonstrated project management and organizational skills

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

• Experience working in cross cultural global and virtual environment
• 3+ years SQL and Database experience
• Experience in deployment of education solutions
• Strong organizational skills with ability to prioritize
• Ability to keep multiple projects moving forward in parallel
• Experience with L&K processes systems and tools preferred
• Experience with workforce management metric preferred
