Job Description

• To set up entire Intake, Transfer and Recycling system as per design capacity during operations. Records operation activities and need to have effective communications through WhatsApp and walkie talkie with entire Jetty, New Silo, Flat Storage Teams and customers Flour Mills, DPDC, PGR, DSM Aqua.
• Ensure that the grains are directed to the correct silo during the intake and recycling of grains and inspection and sampling must be done.
  Conduct the necessary activities to transfer raw material (wheat/corn/soyabean) from the silo to the production and sales (MFM/DPDC/PGR/DSM/Aqua); ensure the correct type of grains being transferred.
• Ensure grain aspiration system (aspirator, rotary shifter, and air jet filter) work effectively and adjustments need to be done as per standard during Intake, Transferring and Recycling. 
• Ensure grain preservation system functions effectively and adjustment need to be done as per standard for Mold Inhibitor and Grain Cooling (Granifigor).
• Measure and records the level of grains in the silos every morning on each transaction and update in HMI or JDE systems.
• Perform routine maintenance and inspections on silo equipment
• Maintain and records the general cleanliness of the grains silo section including the asset of the silos.
• Responsible for monitoring product quality and maximizing efficiencies of all storage and conveying systems. 
• To comply with FSMS standard.
• To conduct autonomous maintenance practice on silo machineries (checking, oiling, tightening, inspection, and calibration).
• To perform all other duties as assigned by Superior from time to time.

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess minimum Certificate in Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 1 year working experience in processing operation or manufacturing industry
• Applicants must be willing to work in Lumut, Perak.
