Simulator Program Coordinator

About the Role: We are looking for a Simulator Program Coordinator to join our Sales Education Tools team in Gore Medical. We are seeking someone who enjoys collaborating with others in a fast-paced environment. Demonstrating aptitude in coordinating, scheduling, managing workflow efficiently and effectively.

This is a remote position and would ideally be in Phoenix, Arizona but Flagstaff, Arizona would be considered.

Responsibilities:

• Work within an existing, multi-step process to schedule and maintain simulator requests and inventory
• Decide and implement scheduling changes to accommodate the maximum number of requests
• Collaborate with internal customers and strategic partners to align simulator needs with support resources
• Communicate with internal customers and external vendors using multiple communication media, i.e., telephone, email, instant messaging, etc.
• Maintain necessary Excel spreadsheets for schedule, requests, availability, and requests to vendor in a shared location
• Support and lead continuous process improvement for simulator scheduling and management aligned with divisional strategy and business priorities
• C ollect and track appropriate metrics to support decision making, annual planning
• Organize and store process documentation and supporting materials for simulation needs in shared location

Required Qualifications:

• Experience with planning, prioritizing, and managing multiple events and projects
• Demonstrated willingness and ability to learn new systems and processes
• Proven success working in a team environment
• Demonstrated ability to contribute to a complex, cross-functional organization
• Proficient Microsoft Office 365 skills (MS Forms, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint etc.)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proven ability to handle stressful situations and deadline pressures
• Ability to make independent decisions within the limits of an existing process
• Ability and willingness to travel up to 10%

Desired Qualifications:

• Experience with scheduling, inventory management, and/or logistics.
• Experience with process management and/or process improvement.
• Experience with diverse customers and diverse customer needs.
