Simulator Program Strategist

About the Role: We are looking for a Simulator Program Strategist to join our Sales Education team in the Medical Products Division. In this role, we are seeking someone who is passionate about product education and demonstrates a deep commitment to teamwork, result-driven outcomes and driving impact to our customer, business and patients.

This is a hybrid position, and would ideally be in Phoenix, Arizona but Flagstaff, Arizona would be considered.

Responsibilities:

• Key liaison within Medical Products Division who partners with and collaborates closely cross functionally to gather feedback, align on improvements, and set the business strategy for the simulator program
• Ideate, plan, evaluate and execute strategic simulation program initiatives aligned to short-term, and long-term Sales and Marketing vision, strategy and revenue goals
• Develop ongoing mechanism to ensure stakeholder alignment, investigate challenges in program operation, and create new mechanisms to drive greater partnerships as related to the simulator program
• Analyze current state, to make recommendations regarding gaps, process improvement, prioritization, and software development
• Leverage internal and external resources to create, evaluate and oversee collection of metrics to be used in strategic decision making and annual planning
• Manage multiple supplier relationships and be primary point of contact responsible for overall program management

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years developing and executing on broad functional strategy
• Minimum 5 years experience leading projects, programs and/or cross-functional teams
• Strong ability to connect people, process and technology within programs and create a cohesive plan
• Proven aptitude in influence management, change management, strategic thinking, and problem solving
• Effective presentation and communication skills
• Excellent organization and execution skills
• Ability to communicate effectively across multiple technical and non-technical teams, as well with other cultures and geographies
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively within a matrix organization
• Ability and willingness to travel 20%

Desired Qualifications:

• Broad knowledge of the medical device industry
• Previous experience working in a medical simulator program
• Relevant and working knowledge of educational and learning practices
