Single Billing Entity Specialist (Finance)

This is a contract position as part of global sales finance team in Taipei.

Global Billing & Revenue Recognition Process

• Execute On-Time and Complete Billing globally for IFRS-15 compliant Revenue Recognition
• Execute Global Billing Financial Month-End Close
• Ensure billing related internal controls to be executed
• Involve corporate level IT improvement projects UAT
• Ad-hoc analyze incidents of billing issues

Other Major Responsibilities

• Supports SBE controller for KPI tracking and corrective actions follow up
• Develop and maintain working instruction
• Participate in (many times cross functional) Process Improvement Projects

• Bachelor's Degree or above in Finance/Accounting or Business Administration
• Proactive, Team player, Accuracy and Clear Can-do-Mentality/Ability to get things done.
• Strong Communicator in both English and Mandarin.
• Experience and Affinity with SAP (e.g. experience with SAP-SD, SAP-FICO)
• Independent and be able to deliver according to plans.
• 1 - 2 years or more experiences in finance accounting, or related Business processes such Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain Management, etc.
