Position Overview

Hudson Technologies is the largest independent refrigerant distributor and largest refrigerant reclaimer in North America. The successful candidate manages the SIOP process including all Demand and Supply Planning processes, facilitates SIOP meetings, escalates key demand / supply gaps, and proposes options to obtain timely decisions from the leadership team. The SIOP Manager is extremely organized and maintains a clear calendar with decisions needed for current and future months, he / she is an excellent communicator ensuring all decisions are appropriately cascaded throughout the organization for execution. The SIOP Manager evaluates SIOP maturity level and seeks continuous improvement. The SIOP Manager Works with IT to ensure we evolve our planning systems as company grows.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

• Develops and maintains SIOP best practices, policies, and standard work.

• Defines appropriate SIOP maturity for business, identifies areas for process improvement and develops solutions to strengthen processes.

• Coordinates and facilitates the monthly SIOP meetings with the leadership team. Escalates demand / supply gaps and obtains decisions in SIOP meetings.

• Maintains decision calendar and escalates decisions to SIOP meetings.

• Oversees demand, supply planning, master scheduling, and portfolio review meetings.

• Ensures ERP is synched with SIOP including demand, supply, master scheduling, SIOP, and portfolio review meetings.

• Communicates SIOP decisions to the rest of the organization.

• Defines and achieves annual goals.

• Defines and maintains SIOP metrics.

• Manages SIOP team and develops talent.

• Develop collaborative relationships with Procurement, Customer Service, Sales, Plant Operations, and IT.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Bachelor's Degree in business, finance, supply chain management or related field.

• Minimum of 8 years of supply chain management, S&OP, forecasting and/or inventory management experience.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Data-driven with demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems.

• Strong proficiency in MS Office applications.

• Relationship building skills.

• Ability to develop and execute operational goals.

• Experience using ERP (Dynamics, SAP, or similar) including reporting systems (Power BI, BO, or similar).

• Preferred: Experience using advanced planning systems (Rapid Response, Logility, APO, or similar).

• Ability to work in a fast paced, ever-changing environment, able to prioritize tasks and manage time and your team effectively.

• Preferred: APICS certification.
