Site Access Control Officer

As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Data Center Lead Site Access Control Officer to join our team and drive our relationships with hyperscale clients to new heights.

Shift: Monday Through Saturday 6am-5pm. Rotating Schedule

Pay: $19-$20/hr depending on experience and qualifications

The Site Access Control Officer will:

• Maintains awareness of surroundings to promote physical security and safety; watch for irregular or unusual conditions that may create security concerns or safety hazards

• Observes and reports and suspicious activity

• Contributes to communication and awareness of security policies and issues as needed

• Contractor Badge/Credential verification

• Warn violators of rule infractions, such as loitering, smoking or carrying forbidden articles

• Escalate infractions when noticed

• Utilizes Site Access Lists for contractor access

• Support Daily Tasking and Activities

Additional Accountabilities:
• 100% accurate and timely submission of timesheet documentation in Field Service

• Fulfillment of 100% contractual expectations as defined with Client SOW specific to scheduled service delivery

• Completion of 100% required Talent LMS based training courses as assigned

• 100% adherence to Salute Mission Critical safety standards and best practices

• 100% adherence to client security/privacy practices and expectations

Required Qualifications, Skills, and Experience for Success:
• Ability to handle stressful situations with tact, professionalism, and respect

• Computer literacy with experience within the Microsoft Office suite

Preferred Qualifications, Skills, and Experience:
• Data Center experience
