Site Administrator

Job Description:

● Responsible for managing site operations functions of the assigned locations including but not limited to facility management, front office, cafeteria services, technical management, procurement, housekeeping, security services, HSE, etc. 

● Supervise all critical equipment and their functions on a daily basis such as HT and LT panels, UPS, HVAC, FAS and PA system, Transformer, fire fighting system and WTP. 

● Follow up with the AMC vendor and complete the PM service timely. 

● Prepare and review the monthly management report (MMR) and send it to the client.

● Supervise shift engineers and technicians work allocated area/floors and to ensure that work is carried out to the standard as required by client and scope of work. 

● To provide essential information to the management. 

● Arrange training programs for the site team through the L&D team. 

● Deploy team resources in the most effective and efficient manner to achieve the agreed SLA and objectives. 

● Any minor and major problem is discussed with the team and escalates to the client and regional team.

● Undertaking any job delegated by the operation manager. 

● Take active part while troubleshooting in case of breakdown. 

● Issuing work permits and ensuring the vendor follows the safety procedure while working on site.

● Controlling all maintenance and facility expenditures in line with the budgeted level.

● Establish contacts with statutory authorities for timely renewal of all NOC’s. 

● Supervise the soft service team as well as security team.
