ABOUT THE POSITION
The Site Content Specialist supports the overall ecommerce content objectives for the Columbia websites in the US and Canada. This person executes content setup and validation, communicating with key stakeholders throughout the process. The individual also assists with trafficking workflow and makes independent decisions in their day-to-day work to achieve timely and accurate content launches.
HOW YOU'LL MAKE A DIFFERENCE
- Sets up and execute website content updates for Columbia US and Canada websites.
- Monitor production cycles to facilitate timely go-live
- QA and validation for all launches of new content/functionality to website from staging to production.
- Collaborate with teams to ensure all updates deliver the intended experience.
- Support content request submissions by adding in details needed for creative work to begin, such as AEM page, product selects, asset links.
- Validate and creatively aligns with specific requests within the brief and meets ADA and legal requirements.
- Updates site content calendars and assists with cross-functional communications.
- Executes various site updates to support corporate initiatives including but not limited to store requests, corporate information, dealer resources, etc
YOU ARE
- Able to conduct interpersonal interactions with distributors both over the telephone and in face-to-face situations, operate independently and with discretion, and work effectively under pressure.
- An adept collaborator adept at interpersonal and communication skills, confidence to approve, push back and amend content.
- Motivated and enthusiastic while balancing the demands of the market.
- A multitasking extraordinaire with high attention to detail and prioritization
YOU HAVE
- You have a bachelor's degree, applicable certification, or equivalent experience.
- 1-2 years of professional experience
- Basic knowledge of Adobe Experience Manager or other digital content management systems
- Basic analytics skills and experience w/ website analytics tools such as Adobe Analytics
- Basic knowledge of issue tracking and ProJet management software experience tools such as JIRA
- Extremely detail oriented, highly organized, with a strong sense of urgency
- Experience in B2C, Omni-channel retail environment is preferred.
