As a Site Infrastructure Engineer your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Own the Site Master Plan space reservation and utility growth assessment plan for the New Mexico site.
- Document the current Site Master Plan civil drawing baseline and show the 3-5 year growth plan for each site.
- Understand the business continuity plan for each utility system supplying the site and document in the site master plan process.
- Work with Project Engineering and Innovation teams to drive Infrastructure and BCP documentation standards.
- Work with the different business groups at each site to understand their growth plans and establish a process to align on the space needs and approval for the site.
- Standardize the business process for space reservation and growth assessment plans.
- Work with site architects and planners to ensure growth plans meet local AHJ compliance.
- Work with utility system owners and utility provider contacts, to document the infrastructure capacity for the site.
- Review building level demand values from utility models, to complete capacity vs demand analysis at the utility infrastructure level.
- Work with finance to consolidate existing utility infrastructure costs and forecast future needs based on Site Master Plan growth.
- Own calculating facilities scalar values for each site and determine utility gaps based on future site growth.
- Run site growth scenarios to understand break points and associated lead times to resolve.
- Lead field walks for space reservation at each site to understand the key stakeholders impacted and code impacts with any change.

Qualifications:
You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. Position not eligible for Intel immigration sponsorship.
Minimum Qualifications:
The candidate must have the following:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Physics, Chemistry, or related field of study.
- 6+ years of professional experience in an engineering or science discipline in semiconductor fab or facility environments, as a facilities system or process owner with a record of safety, quality, attention to detail, teamwork.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with Excel, JMP, statistics, Cimplicity, and SCADA.
