Site Manager (m/f/d)

Job Description

Oversee and lead day to day site operations and staff for a bitcoin mining datacenter. Coordinate with vendors, partners, and internal stakeholders. The Site Manager must be evenly balanced with operations, technical, and management expertise. Familiarity with networking, computer/server operations, and facilities maintenance, is needed. Will need to have previous experience managing people and assigning tasks. Bitcoin mining or traditional computer datacenter experience is a huge plus.

Tasks:
- Oversee daily operations
- Coordinate employee schedules, ensuring adequate coverage
- Enforce all workplace policies and procedures
- Coordinate training and professional development activities for employees
- Conduct staff performance reviews
- Good communicator acting as a conduit for information flow
- Maintain and adhere to departmental budget and goals
- Work with the regional Project Manager for site development and operations
- Address and report safety concerns in a timely manner
- Track and monitors project progress, adhering to standards
- Ensure compliance across the worksite
- Develop/manage onsite staff for success
- Mediate on-site conflicts
- Prepare and submits progress reports as needed
Requirements:
- High school diploma required, associate degree or equivalent from two-year college or vocational school or four-year degree preferred
- 3-5 years experience in a construction environment or project-based work site
Project focused and adaptable to changing input
- Ability to think outside of the box and adapt to site needs
- Familiarity with developing a Site Safety plan
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule (nights and weekends, as needed)
- Strong interpersonal skills and extremely resourceful
- MS Office Suite and understanding of MS Windows OS
- Networking and IT principles or skillsets are highly preferred
- Ability to be flexible and promote positivity within the workforce even (and especially) in adverse conditions to build a successful project-3
