Site Operations Associate

With the advent of genomic sequencing, we can finally decode and process our genetic makeup. We now have more data than ever before, but providers don't have the infrastructure or expertise to make sense of this data. We're on a mission to connect an entire ecosystem to redefine how genomic data is used in clinical settings.

We’re looking for a Site Operations Associate on our TIME team who will be responsible for leading the development of our research site operations team. As an Associate, your focus will be on developing infrastructure, growing, and mentoring the team, and informing the design and implementation of Tempus tools and technology that support the TIME team.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as operational point of contact for research teams in TIME Network
• Conduct regular meetings with site research staff and investigators, both virtually and in person
• Responsible for regular updates to the cross functional team and stakeholders 
• Develop and implement processes for internal use
• Partner with Product & Engineering teams on the development of tools and technologies in support of our workflows and services
• Support the professional development of the team through coaching, planning, monitoring, and appraising jobs results
• Accountable for team KPIs

Qualifications:

• 3+ years prior experience of clinical research in academic medical/research center OR pharmaceutical, biotech or CRO setting
• Subject matter expertise in clinical trial operations
• Strong leadership experience with clinical and research teams
• Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
• Bachelor’s or Master's degree in a scientific or healthcare related field; CCRC or CCRP certification a plus
