Site Operations Lead

As the Site Operations Lead, you will work along with the Site Operations team and help oversee our facilities including our office spaces and the test sites. Your responsibilities will include ensuring facility maintenance and compliance with ABL standards through consistent project execution, manage inventory, stock supplies, coordinate commodities deliveries, manage rental equipment, and handle administrative tasks, as well as interface with city and site administrators. As a crucial member of our growing team, you will coordinate with various internal and external stakeholders. RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Coordinate with shipping & receiving and logistics for the test site 
• Assist with tracking personnel deployment across sites for Launch & Test programs
• Collaborate with ABL internal teams understand and address needs 
• Maintain an organized workflow to track project status 
• Communicate and coordinate with external vendors and contractors regarding project needs, scope, quotes, schedules, and supporting them onsite 
• Manage location-based departmental ordering, storage, and deployment 
• Oversee food service vendor coordination 
• Coordinate with ABL’s EHS team and safety vendors for resupply and re-certifications 
• Supervise facility technicians to maintain a clean, safe, and organized working environment 
• Perform general maintenance and upkeep of hangar, pad and office sites 
• Manage maintenance of ABL’s fleet of vehicles 
• Assist with facility planning 
• Assist with operation management across sites (such as Kodiak, Vandenberg, and Cape Canaveral) 
• Support daily site activation and lock-up, site maintenance, commodities deliveries and coordination 
• Submission of EKADs 

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

• 2+ years in project leadership, vendor engagement, resource management, relationship management, resource management, business administration, or related activities 
• Experience with MS Office and general computer skills 
• Experience coordinating across multiple teams 

PREFERRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelor’s degree in facilities management, construction management, business or another related field 
• 5+ years of program management experience running physical sites or logistics 
• Previous spaceport, launch site, or oil and gas management experience 
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills 
• Able to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively 
• Ability to travel and operate independently 

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Ability to sit or stand for extended periods of time 
• Ability to lift 50 pounds with reasonable accommodations 
• Ability to use a computer to complete assignments 
• Ability to communicate with individuals and groups in person, by phone, and/or telepresence 

ITAR Requirement

This position requires access to information protected under US export control laws, including the International Traffic in Arms Regulations and/or the Export Administration Regulations.
