Site Operations Manager, eCommerce (Hybrid)
Job Description
The Site Operations Manager, eCommerce supports the organization by partnering cross-functionally to deliver day-to-day website operations, innovative process improvements, incremental revenue, increased conversion rates, and reduced site abandonment. This position uses strategic thinking and innovation to create a fresh and seamless site experience for our customers. This role is based out of our Eden Prairie, MN head office within our hybrid environment that has team members come into the office 3 days a week.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of site operations analysts charged with delivering flexible and continuous website content updates as well as website promotional testing experiences.
- Ensure the delivery of compliant and accurate content for enterprise projects and experiences.
- Partner with Merchandising, Site Management, Marketing and Creative leaders to consistently deliver the best experience for our customers.
- Manage our content and promotional execution strategy, driving towards greater efficiency and improved personalization.
- Analyze site traffic and performance around content and promotions to identify successes, failures, and trends.
- Effectively communicate test findings and operational efficiency improvements to internal stakeholders
- Interface with company leaders to gather and present business objectives, test results, and other topics as they arise.
- Evaluate processes and tools to uncover improvement opportunities.
- Implement tool improvements utilizing the Operations and Optimization teams and/or partnering with Product teams.
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Required Qualifications:
- 4+ years' experience with CMS tools
- 3+ years' experience with ABn, Multivariate testing and tools (such as Adobe Target, Optimizely, or Monetate)
- Exceptional analytical ability; experience with web analytics tools (such as Google Analytics, Adobe).
- Understanding of technical capabilities (HTML, CSS, JavaScript/jQuery)
- Experience leading and developing a diverse team.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience focusing on building the right experience for targeted customers.
- Ability to set clear team objectives and performance measures.
- Demonstrated ability to work as a cross functional partner within the business.
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
