Job Description

This position is based on our site in Uppsala, where Thermo Fisher develops, manufactures, and markets complete blood test systems to support the clinical diagnosis and monitoring of allergy, asthma, and autoimmune diseases. With 1,900 employees worldwide working with these products, and 1,000 in Sweden, we are the global leader in in-vitro allergy testing and the European leader in autoimmunity diagnostics.

The Site Project Coordinator role is an opportunity to be part of a team that excels in operational excellence and innovative solutions. This position is specifically crafted to support the site leader and ensure flawless execution of site activities in Uppsala. With a focus on outstanding communication and coordination, you will play a pivotal role in driving projects that make a significant impact.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to the site leader.
• Drive local and internal communication to improve site performance.
• Prepare presentations and reports for site management.
• Coordinate meeting invites and agendas for seamless collaboration.
• Manage and coordinate major meetings and events.
• Assist with planning, booking, and expense management.
• Ensure monthly reports are submitted on time and support with information collection.
• Identify and apply standard methodologies for site management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project implementation.
• Maintain strict adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a similar administrative role.
• Outstanding organizational and coordination skills.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
• Ambitious and proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Ability to successfully implement projects and initiatives.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
• Fluent in Swedish and professional proficiency in English language.
