Site Project Engineer - Ft. Smith, AK

This position is responsible for the design and installation of projects. Site Project Engineer is responsible for deploying his/her engineering know-how to successfully execute and deliver projects to the business that provide a competitive advantage.

What are we looking for?

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering OR direct Mars experience in lieu of

Skills/Experience:

• Relevant 2+ year experience in closely related industry would be required
• Proven ability to work in a team environment and on high performing teams
• Strong Communication, listening, and influencing skills

What will be your key responsibilities?

• Manage projects to deliver safe, secure, and environmentally responsible results
• Manage multiple responsibilities including project execution, functional support, self-development, and concentrating on growing the role
• Engage project team members, encourage them to proactively preform assigned tasks
• Actively interface with functional groups on the project team
• Ensure delivery of assigned objectives for scope, time, budget, and cash flow
