Site Reliability Engineer
Responsibilities :
- Hands-on Expertise in building Grafana dashboards using PROM-QL queries.
- 2+ year - Have worked in log aggregation tools like Splunk / Elastic- logstash etc.
- 2 year - Exposure to Tempo (for Traces) Loki (for logging) cortex (for Metrics) is good to have. Monitoring availability and taking a holistic view of system health.
- Develop observability solution to Improve availability reliability and resiliency of system components.
- Measure and optimize system performance with an eye toward pushing capabilities forward and innovating to continually improve.
- Provide primary operational support and engineering for multiple applications and system components.

- Stick to the documented requirements unless Project Manager and Scrum Master agree for scope change Timely.
- Availability for Project backlog grooming, Sprint planning, Standup meetings.
- Consistent focus on quality of deliverables and automation for validations.
- Encourage open and transparent communication with team members.
- Proactive dependencies call out and resolution.
- Willing to support different time zone projects and make yourself available for overlap meetings.
- Good ability to connect with stakeholders and articulate the deliverables.
- Ability to deliver independently with minimal or no support to perform respective job role.
- Maintaining good rapo with client, team and project stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- 18+ months hands-on experience in tools like Splunk, Grafana, Elastic-stack, App Dynamics, Apache, Tomcat Server Admin, Dynatrace.
- 2+ years hands-on experience in CI-CD pipeline (Jenkins Github creation deployment)
- Hands-on Exposure to GoLang / Python is good to have.
