Site Reliability Engineer

As a Site Reliability Engineer in the Connected Robots team, you will play a key role in ensuring the reliability, performance, and scalability of our cloud-hosted fleet and data management software. In this role you will develop tools and processes to measure and improve service level objectives for the product and work within the development team to build new features with a focus on high-availability. You will work with multiple types of robots, infrastructure-as-code tools, cloud-hosted services, and with a wide range of internal and external teams.

How you will make an impact:

• Implement and maintain monitoring and alerting systems to proactively detect and resolve issues.
• Define processes for incident response, automation, integration, and deployment that includes multiple cross-company stakeholders
• Work directly on bugs and features across various system components including on-robot software, cloud infrastructure, and cloud-deployed software

We are looking for:

• Experience working in a site reliability, DevOps, or a similar role, preferably in a SaaS environment.
• Strong knowledge of cloud services (AWS, GCP, Azure), containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes), and CI/CD pipelines.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with a focus on proactive issue prevention.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to effectively work with various teams.
• Ability to handle pressure and adapt in a rapidly changing environment.
• A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
