Site Reliability Engineer

Job Description:

The Reliability Engineer is not directly associated with the day-to-day maintenance of the factory including FMOS and is instead focused on the longer-term maintenance strategy and reliability improvement to improve the factory performance. They will use input from data analysts, team leaders and technicians to identify opportunities to improve factory performance and will implement solutions as both an individual contributor and through others (technicians, 3rd party contractors). Additionally, the Reliability Engineer will lead the AHC process and is responsible for the handover of any new equipment into the technical function.

What will be your key responsibilities?

• Responsible to improve safety and food safety as well as reducing TRS breakdown losses, maintenance cost and technician time losses through analysis of reliability data and elimination of bad actors for the value stream
• Develop and implement an aligned maintenance strategy and roadmap for the value stream, including MSE PM pillar requirements and predictive maintenance methodologies. Identify & lead reliability improvement workstreams to reduce breakdowns delivered through maintenance technicians and 3rd party vendors as required.
• Analyse reliability data to provide periodic reports of the impact of maintenance strategy updates & reliability improvements on factory performance.
• Leader of the Site Asset Health Check process ensuring all equipment onsite is captured and regional requirements are complied with in order to reduce Q&FS, safety and legal risk as well as eliminating obsolete equipment onsite.
