Job Summary:

Responsible for the day-to-day maintenance of the application systems in production, including tasks related to identifying and troubleshooting application issues, issue resolution and handling escalations, application outages etc. Appropriately route and manage incidents to other Area teams such as Infrastructure, QA, and Product Engineering. Responsibilities also include log analysis and performance troubleshooting. Candidates should be able to work in shifts.

Responsibilities:

  • You will be part of the team dedicated to management of all applications in Reputation Cloud platform

  • Responsible for the monitoring day-to-day health of the applications and catch issues before it becomes an escalation 

  • Handle customer escalations, get on-call with Support or Customer in triaging issues, do initial analysis, set SLAs

  • Appropriately route and manage incidents to other Area teams such as Infrastructure, QA, and Product Engineering.

  • Fix issues if something that is within your purview either by changing configuration or submitting Pull Requests 

  • Build monitoring dashboards, alerts, configuring rules for alert thresholds

  • Willingness to work in shifts (early morning or late evenings)

Qualifications:

  • Candidates with at least 3 years of Technical Support or SRE experience

  • Very good in writing SQL queries, build reports using SQL queries 

  • Experience of tools like Google BigQuery, Data Studio is a plus

  • Have hands-on experience in log analysis and exposure tools like ELK or SumoLogic or Splunk or Data Dog etc.

  • Decent programming skills and scripting skills

  • Programming language like Java preferred, scripting with Python or Shell scripts

  • Exposure to no-sql databases like Mongo, Elastic big plus

  • Worked in cloud environment like Google Cloud Platform/AWS
