Your Role and Responsibilities

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience managing critical customer issues requiring ongoing communication with customer product development and product support teams.
• Working knowledge in Linux/Unix administration
• Working knowledge with at least one major public Cloud provider (IBM Cloud Amazon Web Services or Microsoft Azure)
• Working knowledge with containerization technologies (e.g. Docker)
• Working knowledge with maintaining and scaling Kubernetes-based applications on Cloud Infrastructure
• Experience with scripting and automation (e.g. Bash Python Go Jenkins Ansible)
• Experience with SQL and/or NoSQL datastores
• Basic understanding of Cloud storage and networking
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills
• Passion for building and maintaining reliable and resilient systems
• Ability to manage multiple projects while ensuring that commitments and timetables are met”
