Your Role and Responsibilities
Must have the right mix of knowledge and skills in software and systems troubleshooting/problem determination as well as leading design build test deploy changes and maintenance in highly automated ecosystems. Broad and deep skills in operations and a variety of coding technologies. Platform SRE focus is on resiliency reliability security and scalability.
Problem Solving: Problem determination and critical situation trouble shooting in Day 2/manage delivery. Expertise in analyzing complex/new situations anticipating potential problems and future trends assessing opportunities impacts and risks. Develop and implement solutions.
Contribution/Leadership: Technical leadership role within a multi-functional team requires handling complex issues /difficult situations with diplomacy.
Communication/Negotiation: Guide team members exhibit strong technical leadership with internal team as well as client communications. Communicates with clarity and professionalism to ensure rapid problem determination and resolution.


Required Technical and Professional Expertise
Deep knowledge of Akamai Apache CDN Caching Open Shift DNS GTM Megaport. Expertise in Terraform and Ansible. AWS and IBM Cloud expertise.

Cloud Platform – ASW IBM Cloud
Coding Technologies
Day 2 run/manage


Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
Akamai Apache Megaport Terraform Ansible.
