Job Information

At CSAA Insurance Services, Inc.'s office in Glendale, Arizona, lead production deployments and administer production application containers. Support core batch processes and ETL integrations across numerous internal and external systems. Perform high-level triage of highly complex technical production incidents and performance issues. Define standardized process for creating and evaluating Requests for Change (RFCs), available resources, impact of change, and organizational readiness. Design monitoring, application log analysis, automated alerts, Key Risk Indicator dashboards, system health reports and automated system recovery. Design and develop pre-emptive monitoring, application log analysis, automated alerts, Key Risk Indicator dashboards, system health reports and automated system recovery. Monitor applications and develop complex queries and reports/dashboards to proactively identify issues impacting application performance and stability. Design and develop automation in the support of deployment and self-healing capabilities. Participate in rotational on-call support for critical applications and serves as escalation to junior team members. Manage incident response for priority #1 and #2 incidents. Provide subject matter expertise to stakeholders (Business and IT) and review documentation of other analysts for completeness. Participate in Agile ceremonies in representation of technical department artifacts. Serve as Product ownership and prioritize tech backlogs. Participate as SME in Disaster Recovery and Cyber Security exercise at the enterprise level. Remediate vulnerabilities and security findings. Review artifacts being provisioned in support of internal and external audits. May lead and mentor more junior site reliability engineers. May work remotely within commuting distance of the Glendale, AZ office.

Requires a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems/Technology, or a related field, and 5 years of IT experience working in multiple system environments or, in the alternative, no degree and 7 years of IT experience working in multiple system environments.

Experience must include:

• Working with relational database queries, such as but not limited to Oracle PL/SQL language;
• Cloud-based technologies, cloud architecture, and cloud offerings; and
• Advanced ITIL framework processes and best practices.
