About the Role

We are looking for a Site Supervisor to join us on our journey to facilitate a digital revolution in the B2B supply chain. The Site Supervisor fosters relationships with drivers and small trucking companies to create an exceptional education experience for drivers.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Ensures carrier compliance to all HSE and customer specific rules and policies while on location
• Ensures carrier compliance with routes and regional requirements
• Directs flow of sand hauling equipment on and off location
• Assists with spotting and staging of sand hauling equipment on location
• Represents and acts as first point of contact for 5F on location
• Builds and maintains working relationships with company and crew representatives while on location
• Other duties and special projects as assigned

Requirements

• Extensive knowledge of wellsite operations
• Ability to act professionally and work long hours in inclement weather
• Clean Motor Vehicle Record
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (outlook, excel, word)
• Demonstrate a strong sense of urgency in all projects and an ability to prioritize and re-prioritize as necessary.
• Ability to multi-task projects and required tasks in an organized fashion
• Ability to work in a team environment as well as self-motivated in individual projects
• Ability to communicate both verbally and written to all levels of the organization
• High School or associate degree
• 2+ years oil & gas industry or related experience and/or training

Compensation: $70-80k
