Site Supervisor/Lead - Solar PV

Company Description

EcoEnergy, the largest off-grid solar provider in Pakistan, is looking for a qualified, energetic and motivated Site Supervisor/Lead for solar installations. 

Job Description

The site supervisor will be responsible for all aspects of solar site construction operations, including personnel safety, oversee daily work activities, managing multiple subcontractors, review work schedules, scheduling maintenance of site offices, maintaining project availability, the training and safety of all technicians, and communicating with the management team.

Qualifications

Degree with 1+ years' experience or Diploma with 3+ years' experience; Knowledgeable of renewable energy peculiarities; expertise in solar technology
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Ability to perform basic electrical calculations, read and interpret electrical schematics
Ability to manage priorities and workflow, working independently with minimal supervision
Ability to effectively communicate with people at all levels and from various backgrounds

Additional Information

Location:
Based in Karachi
Will involve frequent visits to EcoEnergy installation sites in Karachi
Visit installations in Hyderabad or rural areas of Sindh only if required.

Package:
Salary 50-70K depending on qualification and experience.
Gratuity
Performance / Yearly bonus
Probation for 3 Months.
Fuel to be reimbursed on actual.
