Job Level: Entry-Level 

Location: Orem, UT 

Shift: Full-Time or Part-Time (25-40 hours) 

Compensation: $14-16/hour depending on experience

Position Summary: 

We are looking for a Site Survey Coordinator to oversee the scheduling/rescheduling of site surveys. Site Survey Coordinators help with the day-to-day management of field resources. They are organized, have great attention to detail, and feel comfortable providing constructive feedback. They quickly learn the basics of solar design and engineering, and they support the needs of both Surveyors and Designers.

Essential Duties: 

• Coordinate & communicate with customers to get site surveys and resurveys scheduled 
• Optimize site surveyor calendars to meet cycle time expectations
• Evaluate design requests and filter out unnecessary work 
• Communicate effectively with corporate and field employees and provide feedback regularly

Minimum Qualifications: 

• Strong time management 
• Customer service experience preferred 
• Ability to solve complex problems 
• Effective communication skills 

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. Regular periods of sitting or standing may be required by this position. In addition, this position requires the ability to occasionally lift office products and supplies, up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and ability to adjust focus.
