The role:

A Sitecore Managed Services Operations Director is responsible for planning and maintaining Avanade's Sitecore Manage & Evolve service. This job ensures we use the right Managed Services solutions and transition plans to meet business needs, which enables Avanade to sustain and grow our position as the leading Sitecore global systems integrator on the Microsoft platform.

This job ensures that Avanade is aligned to the latest Sitecore Managed Cloud offerings and find opportunities to work with Sitecore so Avanade is a part of every Sitecore Managed Cloud sale. This role will need to define and create new offerings around Manage & Evolve at Avanade, particularly develop new relationship with nearshore European delivery centers. Provide global leadership over all Service Delivery Managers. Develop new assets to help Avanade teams deliver more efficiently. Responsible for optimizing team and individual contributions to achieve stated objectives.

This is more than a technical Sitecore role. It is an opportunity to help clients set the right foundation around Manage & Evolve to deliver against their digital transformation ambitions for 2023 and beyond.

You will be a member of Avanade's Global Center of Excellence within the Sitecore Platform Group acting as a technical leader and expert for Sitecore managed services operations.

Your skills:

Ideally, you'll have most or all of these -

• Experience with Sitecore Manage & Evolve offerings at Avanade
• Support Avanade' Service Delivery Managers with transition plans, QAD reviews, and operational efficiencies.

• Support Avanade Client Account Leads with client relationship building and growing managed services revenue on accounts.
• Experience with solutioning and supporting the delivery of large deals $5M+
• Evangelize the Manage & Evolve service across Avanade regional leadership
• Assist with building new delivery centre offerings beyond the current DMMS offering
• Define the Evolve & Invision solution for Sitecore offerings

• Maintain the Manage & Evolve content on the CoE and CoP intranet portals
• High attention to detail, enthusiastic about working with Avanade and Accenture leadership, clients and business stakeholders
• Proficient Avanade Estimation and Pricing
• Knowledge of CSP (Azure) agreements and coordination with Alliances Team

As required by local law, Avanade provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, New York, and Washington as set forth below and information on benefits offered is here.

Role location: Range of starting pay for role

California: $200,600 - $251,000

Colorado: $174,250 - $205,000

New York: $213,350 - $251,000

Washington: $200,600 - $236,000
