Primary Responsibilities
- Supporting GIS needs including Python Script application
- Support site selection and route selection for various types of clients including electrical facilities, gas facilities, and data center facilities
- Support land development design
- Review land development and zoning ordinances

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Planning, Environmental Science, or another related field of study
- Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience including land development design, planning, and environmental permitting
- Ability to support public meetings
- Must have a strong, demonstrated technical report writing background with familiarity with environmental regulations, laws, and guidelines
- Strong conceptual, organization, problem-solving, and research abilities
- Ability to work as part of a team, with clients, and independently
- Ability to travel anticipated less than 10 percent of the time
- Ability to work outside on uneven terrain under variable weather conditions
- An attitude and commitment to being an active participant in an employee-owned company
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with the utility sector
- Advanced GIS skills
- Python Scripting
- Experience with Environmental) Permitting for linear projects
- Preference will be given to local candidates
