Education:
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field of study or equivalent years of related work experience required.
Work Experiences:
- At least five years relevant business related work experience
- Planning experience in a retail experience is preferred

- Ability to remain organized, pay strict attention to detail, and meet critical deadlines
- Excellent time management skills, ability to support multiple projects, and effectively manage a large volume of work

Responsibilities:
- Assists the buying organization in achieving sales, profit and inventory related objectives through efficient planning, analysis and buying at the Size level.
- Collaborates with CMT, to derive appropriate Size Profiles for each Size Set and to define categories of business that drive size selling.
- Partners with CMTs to transfer knowledge, improve buys by size and manage change.
- Champions DC Split utilization and education.
- Champions adoption of Size Opt and all Size Opt best practices.
- Manages Size Optimization of PO's.
- Trains users (Planners and AB's)
- Develops & maintains user training documentation.
- Provides solutions to user questions and problems.
- Ensures consistent, accurate planning and analysis procedures are utilized creating size projects, providing size profiles and optimizing purchase orders to size.
- Provides input concerning system enhancements and implementations relating to Size Opt planning and analysis.
- Assists in Size planning processes, including maintaining documentation and training content.
- Acquires and maintains knowledge of Clustered worksheet processes.
- Maintains consistent and advanced knowledge of SO system, including Admin functions.
- Observes industry trends in an effort to apply best-in-class practices to Academy.
- Creates ad hoc reports and analysis.
- Attends vendor meetings as requested.
- Required to learn company policies, procedures and safety rules.
- Duties may change and associates may be required to perform other duties as assigned.

- Acceptable level of hearing and vision to perform job duties
- Adhere to company work hours, policies, procedures and rules governing professional staff behavior
- Ability to work flexible hours such as evening, weekends, and holidays as necessary
