Position Overview We’re looking for aversatile and experienced Carpenterwith a strong background inframing, structural modifications, and complex cabinet installations. This role requires more than basic install skills—you'll need to think critically, read blueprints, and adapt to unexpected site conditions to ensure accurate and professional results. Ideal candidates can modify existing structures, create solutions for challenging spaces, and confidently install custom or semi-custom cabinetry as part of broader reconstruction projects. This is a high-skill position with long-term opportunity for growth. Key Responsibilities • Perform structural carpentry including framing, blocking, and modifications to existing walls and supports • Read and interpret blueprints and field measurements to execute work precisely • Installcustom, semi-custom, or modified cabinetrywith a high level of accuracy and fit • Retrofit cabinetry and structural elements into pre-existing conditions • Solve unforeseen field issues, especially in restoration environments • Collaborate with project managers and other trades for seamless workflow • Use iPhone/iPad to document work, communicate, and track schedules and time Qualifications Experience: • Minimum5 years in professional carpentry, including framing and cabinet installation • Experience in residential and/or light commercial construction • Demonstrated ability to work independently and solve on-site construction challenges Skills: • Strong knowledge of framing, blocking, and support structures • Advanced understanding of cabinetry installation, alignment, and modification • Ability to adapt pre-fabricated units to unique layouts or structural limitations • Comfortable working in restoration projects where surprises are common Technology: • iPhone/iPad proficiency for documentation and communication Professionalism: • Clean appearance and conduct • No smoking on job sites • Must have own tools and a reliable truck for transporting materials and tools to job sites • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required What We Offer • Competitive pay based on experience and craftsmanship • Leadership and advancement opportunities • Structured and professional work environment • Full-time work throughout the Phoenix metro area Preferred Bonus Skills (Not Required) • Structural repair experience • Cabinet fabrication or modification • Bathroom/kitchen remodeling • Coordination with electricians, plumbers, and other trades Ready to Join ACR?
