Skilled Construction Laborer

Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Laborer to join our team. This role requires physical stamina and a willingness to learn various trades while contributing to diverse projects. Responsibilities • Perform a variety of tasks involving manual labor on construction sites or in industrial settings. • Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively. • Assist in the assembly, installation, and maintenance of structures and equipment. • Follow instructions from supervisors and collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently. • Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring compliance with safety regulations. • Load and unload materials as needed, ensuring proper handling to prevent damage. • Participate in training sessions to improve skills and knowledge related to the trade. Qualifications • Previous experience in a labor-intensive role is preferred but not required. • Ability to read and interpret blueprints or technical drawings is a plus. • Strong physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds). • Familiarity with safety protocols and procedures in construction or industrial environments. • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team. • A valid driver’s license may be required depending on job location and duties. • Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing job requirements.
