Skilled Laborer

Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic and the ability to perform various tasks in a fast-paced environment. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with others. As a Skilled Laborer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and to high standards. Duties • MUST KNOW NEXT STEP!!! • Perform general labor tasks including loading and unloading materials, digging, and lifting heavy objects. • Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively. • Assist in the setup and cleanup of job sites, ensuring a safe working environment. • Follow instructions from supervisors and collaborate with team members to complete projects on time. • Maintain equipment and tools in good working condition, reporting any issues as necessary. • Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations while on the job site. Experience • Previous experience in construction, manufacturing, or a similar field is preferred but not required. • Familiarity with basic hand tools and power tools is advantageous. • Ability to read and interpret blueprints or technical drawings is a plus. • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. • Must be physically fit and able to perform manual labor for extended periods.
