Skip Tracer

Description

Base pay starts at $14.00/hour.

Afni is hiring a Skip Tracer who will utilize skip tracing and various investigative techniques to locate any new consumer information. Incumbent will also process mail and client requests within the Uninsured Motorist group.

What you will be doing:

After determining who the responsible party is on each account, you will utilize Skip Tracing and investigative techniques to obtain new contact information on that consumer. You will determine the next course of action(s) to take on the account varying from restarting the letter series to moving the account to an attorney and / or closing the account and assist the collector with administrative duties.

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED and 6-12 months of general industry knowledge.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Demonstrated strong verbal and written communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to multi-task with attention to detail
• Demonstrated reasoning and problem solving abilities.
• Strong organizational, interpersonal and time management skills.
• Seeks clarification for unclear or missing information.
• Responds to internal and external requests in a timely manner and works to deliver quality service.
