Skyfall - Lounge Manager

THE JOB:
As a Lounge Manager, you will set the stage for unforgettable guest experiences with your attention to detail and passion for exceptional service. Managing a team of servers, bartenders, runners, and overseeing the beverage program across two distinct outlets, you’ll play a key role in elevating the overall guest experience. This is your chance to contribute to a dynamic team and help shape the future of our cocktail program.
 THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Oversee daily operations, ensuring smooth and cost-effective service across all outlets.
• Collaborate with your leadership to create exciting and new cocktail experiences for guests.
• Manage a team of employees, providing guidance and support in all aspects of service and operations.
• Manage budgetary decisions, recognizing the cause and effect of inventory management on overall cost controls.
• Play a key role in guest service, responding to feedback and improving guest experiences through proactive adjustments.
• Lead HR responsibilities, including interviewing, discipline, scheduling, and training for your team, with a focus on continuous growth and development.
   

WHAT YOU MUST HAVE:

• This position requires you to have either a Bachelor's Degree in a related field or 4 years of equivalent work experience in an upscale bar or lounge within the hospitality environment.
• Performs other job-related duties as requested.
• Proof of eligibility to work in the United States.
