As an Office Coordinator, you will be reporting to our Director, Real Estate Workplace Services to ensure the smooth running and coordination of our workspaces across the organization.

As an Office Coordinator, you will be reporting to our Director, Real Estate Workplace Services to ensure the smooth running and coordination of our workspaces across the organization.
What You'll Do:
- Effectively support and assist the REWS team in managing the office to ensure cleanliness, organization, and safety
- Efficiently and responsibly manage all inventory needs for the office: requirements, tracking, inventory, and assisting in ordering, all while promoting a friendly and inclusive environment
- Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries
- Provide coverage at the front desk as needed by greeting and directing visitors and guests
- Support meeting and travel logistics for visitors and offsite employees
- Responsibly manage employee nourishment: lunch, drinks, snacks etc
- Help plan/execute company events as needed: holiday party, picnic, birthdays, anniversary etc.
- Coordinate with vendors to support all the above activities
- Track status and develop reports to understand effectiveness and efficiency and come up with ways for continuous improvement.
What You'll Bring:
- Proven work experience as an office/workplace coordinator
- Excellent knowledge in GoogleDocs & Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word)
- Ability to lift 20 lbs or greater
- Dedicated to providing best in class customer service
- Strong written, verbal, organization & problem solving skills
- Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
- Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
