Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Must follow all Safety Methods and Procedures. (i.e. Proper Lifting Techniques, MSDS, etc.)
  • Understand basic GMP's and Quality Control concepts and practices in order to follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's) and other training instructions.
  • Label, fill, weigh, repack, and prepare product containers for shipment in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Generate pallet identification labels in accordance to the production run schedule. This includes the verification of case quantity, product, product ID and production dates.
  • Manage work orders as they are filled; add all completed work orders into JDE, deliver palletized finished goods to the warehouse by safely utilizing a sit-down forklift.
  • Accurately and neatly complete production records and documents.
  • Assist Compounders and other production personnel in daily tasks and other duties as assigned.
  • Adhere to the CSW Industrials Code of Ethics, actively apply the CSW Industrials Core Values.
  • Assign work orders to the Small-Fill team.
  • Work closely with the Shuttle Tank crew to make sure we meet the ship dates.
  • Assign work orders for Repacks.
  • Any other duties as assigned by your supervisor

Requirements / Skills:

  • While performing duties of this job, employee is required to be able to lift up to 50 pounds and regularly required to stand, bend, lift, and carry.
  • Able to perform and understand basic math, addition, subtraction, multiplication, division and fractions.
  • Basic computer skills needed to learn company systems.
  • Previous experience working in a manufacturing environment is desired.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills with team members and all necessary departments.
  • Good decision making and problem-solving abilities.
  • Must have the legal right to work in the country of employment without needing sponsorship now or in the future for employment work visa status
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Must have access to reliable transportation
  • Must be able to work overtime with or without reasonable accommodation.
  • Successful completion of pre-employment drug screen.
  • Demonstrated good performance and attendance
  • Flexibility to meet changing production demands
  • Must be able to work in various degrees of temperature - hot and cold.
