Small Systems Consultant I

$21.57 - $28.04 / hour

Job Level: Individual Contributor

What You Will Be Doing:

Implementation, troubleshooting and installation of personal computers, processing platforms and related equipment comprising the small system and network environments in the home office, branch offices and agent offices. Maintain thorough technical knowledge of personal computer hardware, software, and related equipment. Provide technical assistance to users in installing and configuring equipment and software. Implement needed upgrades.

• High aptitude for personal computer and network hardware, software, and related components.
• Ability to interface and effectively communicate business and technical information with company personnel.
• Knowledgeable in implementing and supporting the application of various end user computing tools and technologies to meet business requirements.
• Ability to integrate various hardware and software technologies into a functional system design.
• Good problem-solving techniques and organizational skills.
• Capable of independent planning and initiative.
• Flexibility to travel to agent and branch offices for PC hardware and software support may be required.
• Knowledge of data processing requirements and data communications technology is preferred.
• Ability to perform the essential functions of the position, with or without a reasonable accommodation.
