Smart Contract Developer

WisdomTree is currently seeking a Smart Contract Developer to join our growing Digital Assets team.

WisdomTree is a global financial innovator and leading provider of exchange-traded products (ETPs), models and solutions. Working across digital assets, tokenization and blockchain-enabled finance, our Digital Assets team is dedicated to building products and solutions to accelerate growth for the firm.

We are seeking an innovative and collaborative Smart Contract Developer to help us bring our vision of an onchain financial services world to life. This role will be focused on building out our tokenization platform as well as associated on chain financial logistics to service both our D2C mobile application as well as wider institutional ecosystem ambitions. Our team operates very flat, hands-on organization and would see the right candidate working very closely with leaders in the Tech team, CTO and head of Product. We’re looking for someone with the right experience and mentality to come in, roll up their sleeves and make an immediate impact.

Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and deploy smart contracts on Ethereum, Avalanche, and Polygon blockchains.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest deployment best practices and emerging contract standards.
• Possess a strong understanding of tokens, with hands-on experience in token development.
• Desirable experience with DApps, NFTs, Account Abstraction, and Zero Knowledge Proofs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate smart contracts into our financial applications.
• Provide expertise on blockchain technologies, contributing to strategic decisions.

Requirements

• Solid experience in smart contract development with a focus on Ethereum, Avalanche, and Polygon.
• Proficient with common smart contract development tools and frameworks.
• Strong understanding of token standards and implementation.
• Desire to explore and work with emerging blockchain technologies.
• Familiarity with DApps, NFTs, Account Abstraction, and Zero Knowledge Proofs is a plus.
• Knowledge of BTC, Lightning, and Solana is an additional advantage

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience in developing and deploying smart contracts.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
