Celerion is hiring a remote Smartsheet Administrator to join our team!

Are you a strong troubleshooter with a drive to find the root cause of an issue? If so we need you on our Smartsheet team!

In this role you will support internal users while expanding utilization of the Smartsheet tools. You will be focused on maintaining and supporting the health of our Smartsheet environment. Your main responsibilities include managing user permissions new hire onboarding/off boarding of Celerion employees and collaborators to our Smartsheet environment as well as supporting employee training for the operational use of Smartsheet.

Essential Functions:

• Smartsheet Administration:

• Permissions Management: Set up and enforce data access controls and permission levels to ensure data security and integrity.

• Manage and configure Smartsheet environments including user permissions and workspace management.

• Monitor system performance and usage ensuring the platform is running efficiently and addressing any issues promptly.

• Compliance Monitoring: Ensure compliance with organizational policies and best practices for data management.

• User Support:

• Provide technical support to end-users triaging and troubleshooting issues related to Smartsheet for timely resolution.

• Collaborate with Smartsheet support and technical teams as needed for complex issues.

• User Training:

• Deliver training sessions and documentation to help users effectively utilize Smartsheet features and best practices.

• Act as a point of contact for Smartsheet-related queries and issues within the organization.

• Optimization and Enhancement:

• Identify opportunities for optimizing Smartsheet usage and performance.

• Stay updated with new features and enhancements in Smartsheet and recommend improvements.

Qualifications:

• 3 plus years’ of experience with Smartsheet solutions

• Advanced application experience in Data Shuttle and Data Mesh are required

• Smartsheet certifications including Core Application and System Administrator preferred. If not currently held the ability to pass company-paid certifications from https://smartu.smartsheet.com/ within the first 30 days of employment.

• Ability to multi-task document processes and manage on-going multiple projects is required

• Be highly organized a gifted problem solver and a quick learner

• Ability to create and deliver training for varying levels of end-user expertise required
