Hey, we're Elevar. We help direct-to-consumer (D2C) brands like Vuori, SKIMS, Glossier, and thousands of others on Shopify unlock hidden revenue from their marketing channels by improving tracking. Our server-side conversion tracking technology transforms shopping behavior into structured, trackable events with attribution, resulting in near 100% conversion accuracy.

This unique approach helps our customers generate more revenue from their site and existing marketing campaigns, without changing anything (Product Value ROI for the win!).

But -- we aren't helping as many D2C brands as we could and should be.

And that's where you come in.

We're on the hunt for an SMB Account Executive (AE) to join our rapidly growing Sales Team. You'll play a critical role in helping future customers understand the value of our product and ensuring they are set up for a successful implementation. Joining the Sales Team at an early stage (2 AEs, 1 BDR) means you'll have the opportunity to help improve our core sales processes and playbooks.

What You'll Do

- Close inbound qualified leads.

- Conduct compelling product demos, showcasing the strengths of Elevar to future customers.

- Apply your skills to constantly optimize the sales process and playbooks.

- Represent Elevar at targeted events, connecting with potential leads and expanding our network.

- Emphasize customer success, both during the initial sale and post-sale, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for our clients.

- Leverage AI and emerging technologies to enhance efficiency.

- Prospect high value potential customers (approximately 5-10% of pipeline)

Sales at Elevar

- 90% inbound sales.

- Deal Size: $5k+ average annual contract value.

- Close Rate: 60%

- Sales Cycle: 25 days to close.

- Customers: SKIMS, Vuori, Cuts Clothing, Thrive Causemetics.

- Current Team: 2 AEs, 1 BDR.

Requirements

- 1+ years of sales experience in the tech industry, preferably in high volume/transactional sales

- Strong communication and writing skills in English, enabling you to convey complex ideas with clarity and persuasiveness.

- Effective with CRM systems - you understand the importance of data integrity and accurate forecasting.

- Thrive in a startup environment - you are comfortable with ambiguity.

- Strong ability to close

- You're not deterred by challenges or rejection; in fact, you see them as opportunities to learn and grow.

- A passion for learning and growth - you have a "1% better everyday" mentality

- You possess the ability to understand complex ideas and automate processes for efficiency.

- An active listener, you're quick to identify and leverage opportunities in conversations with potential clients.

Nice to Have

- A history of meeting and exceeding sales quotas.

- Demonstrated ability to prospect and develop a strong pipeline.

- Experience selling SaaS or to e-commerce clients.
