The Opportunity:
As an SMB Account Executive at Sybill, you will own customer acquisition in our most exciting segment!
We've grown the team very carefully. You would be joining a small team of high performers for an AI-first B2B software company. This role gives you a unique opportunity to:
- Partner with our Sales Leadership to develop and implement an effective sales strategy.
- Proactively identify and engage potential customers using direct outreach, email campaigns, and social media engagement.
- Apply diverse sales techniques to deeply understand the business needs, obstacles, and objectives of prospects and customize solutions accordingly.
- Foster and maintain robust relationships with potential clients by consistently delivering superior communication and customer service.
- Craft compelling sales pitches and presentations to clearly communicate the benefits and value of our products.
- Negotiate contract terms and finalize agreements, overseeing the sales process from initial contact to signing.
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Customer Support/Success, and Product Development teams to refine lead generation tactics, improve product features, and guarantee client satisfaction post-sale.

You’ll thrive in this role if you have:
- Experience: Bring 3+ years of relevant closing experience, ideally within a SaaS environment. Experience in a Product-Led Growth company is a plus.
- Quota crusher: Demonstrated ability to effectively identify, engage, and convert leads into profitable business, along with a consistent record of exceeding sales goals.
- Communication: Possess exceptional presentation and communication skills, particularly when engaging with executives and leaders.
- Discovery: Can proactively identify pain points in the product with our customers.
- Adaptability: Have a humble attitude, an eagerness to help others, and a desire to pick up whatever knowledge you're missing to make both your team and our customers succeed.
- High energy and startup attitude: Operate with high horsepower, have strong problem-solving skills, are adept at frequent context switching, effectively manage working on multiple projects at once with expansive ownership, and ruthlessly prioritize.
- Must be based in the US.
