SMB Customer Success Account Manager

Responsibilities:
- Responsible for identifying existing renewal business opportunities in assigned territories and generating new business leads within these accounts.
- Responsible for assigned territory and team quota attainment.
- Generating New Business upsell opportunities within assigned territory.
- Focus on outbound calling into territories Channel Partners and End Customers to renew and upgrade existing licenses.
- Attend training and develop relevant knowledge and skills through provided certification programs
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Software, AV, application and/or security industry preferred but not necessary.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of successful sales experience in high-tech or related industry.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Candidates must be energetic, have a good attitude and solid work ethic.
- Strong communication and phone skills are required
