Job Description
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 7 years of experience in strategy, consulting, or business operations.
- Experience managing individuals and leading cross-functional teams.
- Experience leading operational initiatives.
Preferred qualifications:
- Ability to inspire followership across all levels of the organization, and influencing executive leaders through judgment and data.
- Ability to think big and systemically, with excellent attention to detail.
- Excellent business sense, problem-solving, project management, and analytical skills.

Our teams of strategists, analysts, advisers and support specialists collaborate closely to spot and analyze customer needs and trends. In collaboration, we create and implement business plans broadly for all types of businesses.Responsibilities
- Lead a cross-functional initiative to help Small Businesses, especially those who may not have an online presence, get online with Google products.
- Gather and prioritize market feedback to influence product roadmaps, anchored on the needs of small businesses.
- Manage communications on progress to goal with relevant executive staff within and outside of Google Customer Solutions.
- Manage executive individual contributors responsible for leading project workstreams in support of the above efforts.
