SMB Manager, Digital Brand Presence, Google Customer Solutions

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 7 years of experience in strategy, consulting, or business operations.
• Experience managing individuals and leading cross-functional teams.
• Experience leading operational initiatives.

Preferred qualifications:

• Ability to inspire followership across all levels of the organization, and influencing executive leaders through judgment and data.

• Lead a cross-functional initiative to help Small Businesses, especially those who may not have an online presence, get online with Google products.
• Gather and prioritize market feedback to influence product roadmaps, anchored on the needs of small businesses.
• Manage communications on progress to goal with relevant executive staff within and outside of Google Customer Solutions.
• Manage executive individual contributors responsible for leading project workstreams in support of the above efforts.
